Is Millhurst Trading the same as Millhurst Mills?
They're connected and share the same local mindset, but Trading is a separate, wholesale-oriented experience. Millhurst Mills is the retail home-improvement center; Trading handles bulk lots and closeouts.
What products are available?
Appliances, HVAC and air handlers, tankless water heaters, building-material closeouts (tile, flooring, doors, windows, moulding, stone, roofing and more) and bulk contractor/developer lots. The mix changes frequently.
Do you publish prices online?
No. Because inventory and lot composition change constantly, we don't post prices. Request the current list and we'll provide lot pricing or a project-package quote.
Can contractors buy in bulk?
