Capped composite is a blend of wood fibre and plastic with a protective shell. It has the weight and feel closest to wood and covers most budgets, from Fiberon GoodLife up to Concordia.
Cellular PVC, such as Fiberon Paramount, contains no wood fibre. It is lighter, stays cooler underfoot and suits pool surrounds and full sun. It usually costs more per board.
Both need pressure-treated framing underneath. We price the framing, fasteners and railing on the same quote, so you can compare the full cost of each option.

What do you need from me for a quote?
Rough length and width, how high the deck sits off the ground, and whether you want railing or stairs. A photo of the spot helps.
Can I see the boards in person?
Yes. The Deck Selection Center is at 17 Sweetmans Lane, Manalapan, NJ 07726, open Monday to Saturday 8–7. Choose “A showroom visit” on the form to book a time.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We can deliver the full package to the job. Ask for a delivery price with your quote.
