Can I take a Fiberon sample home?
Yes, free. Take a full board offcut, lay it where the deck will go, and look at it at three different times of day before you decide.
How does Fiberon compare to Trex and TimberTech?
All three are good capped products. Fiberon Concordia has the deepest multi-tonal streaking; TimberTech AZEK is full PVC and the lightest and coolest underfoot; Trex has the widest colour range and the most name recognition. We stock all three and will show you the boards side by side rather than argue for one.
What does the 50-year warranty actually cover?
Concordia and Paramount carry a 50-year limited stain and fade warranty plus a 50-year limited structural warranty for residential use. It covers the board, not the installation. Bring the receipt.
Do I need special fasteners?
For grooved boards, yes — a hidden clip system that sets the gap for you. For square-edge boards, colour-matched face screws. We stock both and will tell you how many boxes your square footage needs.
How much does a Fiberon deck cost?
Materials for a straightforward rectangular deck typically run $18–$32 per square foot depending on line, railing and substructure. Bring dimensions to the counter for a real number on your project.
Is composite hot underfoot?
Any dark deck in full sun is hot. Lighter colours and PVC lines like Paramount run noticeably cooler than dark composites. This is another argument for taking a sample home and leaving it in the sun.
Can Fiberon go over an existing wood frame?
Usually, if the joists are sound, correctly spaced, and level. Bring photographs of the framing and the joist spacing to the counter and we will tell you honestly.

Yes, locally, on our own truck. Ask at the counter for the schedule and the delivery area.
