Therma-Tru Entry Doors in Manalapan, NJ
Fibreglass and steel entry door systems, made to order, measured and specified at our counter — with real door units standing on the floor.

Door units you can open and close
A front door is bought with the hands as much as the eyes. Our floor carries assembled Therma-Tru units — full slab, frame, sill and hardware — so you can feel the weight of the door, look at the glass in real light, and see how the grain reads on a fibreglass slab from across a room rather than in a brochure.
Therma-Tru lines we carry
Stock status is honest. Call the counter and we will confirm what is on the floor today.

Classic-Craft
The top of the range. Deep, convincing wood grain in mahogany, oak and rustic textures with a wide door and sidelite programme.

Fiber-Classic
Oak and mahogany grain fibreglass at mid range. The volume seller for replacement front doors.

Smooth-Star
A smooth paintable fibreglass slab for a painted front door. Takes a colour cleanly and holds it.

Pulse
Contemporary flush and grooved slabs for modern elevations, with matching sidelites.

Steel entry doors
Insulated steel slabs for utility, garage-to-house and rear entries where cost and security lead.

Glass & sidelites
Decorative, privacy and clear glass programmes plus matching sidelites and transoms.

Door styles on the floor
Every swatch is captioned with the real product name — that is what to say at the counter.

Honest about the alternative. These are the things a website cannot do.
Real units to open
Photographs cannot tell you how a door feels on the hinge or how the grain reads from ten feet away. Ours are standing on the floor.
Measured properly
A door ordered to the wrong rough opening is an expensive mistake. Bring dimensions or photographs and we will specify it with you.
Made to order, not off a pallet
Slab, glass, frame, sill, bore and handing specified for your opening — the way an entry door should be bought.
A real lead time
Made-to-order doors take time. You will get a date at the counter, not a guess from a website.
Installers we know
We do not install, but we can point you at the people in this county who fit these doors every week.
Everything else in the same trip
Lockset, weatherstrip, shims, low-expansion foam, exterior caulk and the paint to finish it.

Therma-Tru questions we get at the counter
Asked at the counter, answered here.
How long does a Therma-Tru door take?
Made-to-order units typically run three to six weeks depending on the line, the glass and the season. You will get a specific date when the order is placed.
Fibreglass or steel?
Fibreglass for a front door: it will not dent, will not rust, holds a finish well and insulates better. Steel for a rear, garage or utility door where cost and security matter more than appearance.
Can I paint or stain a Therma-Tru door myself?
Yes. Smooth-Star is made to be painted. Fiber-Classic and Classic-Craft can be stained with the Therma-Tru gel stain system to read as wood. We stock the paint and can advise on the sequence.
What measurements do you need?
The rough opening width and height, the wall thickness, the swing direction and which side the hinges sit on as you look at the door from outside. Photographs of the existing opening help a great deal.
Do you sell just the slab?
Usually we sell the complete system — slab, frame and sill — because that is where the weather performance comes from. Slab-only is possible in some cases; ask at the counter.
Do you install?
We do not install, but we supply the trade that does and can recommend installers working locally.
Can I get a door with sidelites and a transom?
Yes. Sidelites and transoms are specified as part of the same unit so the glass, grain and finish match across the whole opening.
What warranty comes with it?
Therma-Tru warranties vary by line, with the longest coverage on Classic-Craft. Coverage details are given at the counter with the quotation.
