Warranty terms come from Therma-Tru and differ by line. We will pull the right certificate for what you buy.

Warranty

Therma-Tru publishes limited warranties that differ between the Classic-Craft, Fiber-Classic, Smooth-Star and steel collections, and some coverage is tied to the door being installed as a complete system with its frame and sill.
Finish warranties depend on the door being finished within the published window after installation — do not leave a fibreglass door bare through a season.
Keep the order paperwork: coverage is by collection and configuration, and we hold a copy of your order at the counter.

Care

Wash the face with mild soap and water; avoid solvent cleaners on the finish or the glass gaskets.
Check the weatherstrip and sweep each year and adjust the sill before winter.
Re-coat stained doors when the finish starts to dull, especially on a south or west exposure.
Keep the drainage holes in the sill clear.
