TimberTech & AZEK Decking in Manalapan, NJ
Full PVC and capped polymer decking — the lightest, coolest and most fade-resistant boards on our floor, plus the composite lines that sit under them on price.

AZEK against composite, side by side
We keep TimberTech samples on the same rack as Fiberon and Trex deliberately. The only honest way to choose between capped PVC and capped composite is to hold both, feel the weight difference, and look at the grain from six feet away rather than six inches.
TimberTech lines we carry
Stock status is honest. Call the counter and we will confirm what is on the floor today.

AZEK Vintage
Full PVC with the most convincing hardwood grain TimberTech makes. Lightest board on the rack and the coolest underfoot.

AZEK Harvest
Full PVC in solid, simpler colours. The value entry into PVC without the multi-tonal streaking.

TimberTech PRO
Capped composite with a four-sided cap. The middle of the range and the volume seller.

TimberTech EDGE
Capped composite, three-sided cap, priced to compete directly with pressure-treated over the life of the deck.

TimberTech Railing
Composite, aluminium and cable railing systems designed to the same colour palette as the boards.

TimberTech questions we get at the counter
Asked at the counter, answered here.
What is the difference between TimberTech AZEK and TimberTech composite?
AZEK is full PVC — no wood flour anywhere in the board. It is lighter, cooler underfoot, will not absorb water, and carries the longest warranty. TimberTech PRO and EDGE are capped composites: a wood-flour core with a polymer cap. They are heavier, warmer in sun, and cost less.
Is AZEK worth the extra money over composite?
Near a pool, on the shore, or on a south-facing deck with no shade, usually yes. On a shaded suburban deck, a capped composite will serve you well for decades and save real money. Come in and we will talk about the specific deck.
How does TimberTech compare with Trex and Fiberon?
All three make good capped boards. TimberTech has the strongest PVC offering, Trex has the broadest colour range and brand recognition, and Fiberon Concordia has the deepest streaking. We stock all three and will show you the samples together.
Do you stock TimberTech or is it special order?
We stock the volume PRO and EDGE colours. AZEK lines are usually stocked in the popular colours and special ordered otherwise, typically three to five days.
What fasteners does TimberTech need?
Grooved boards use the CONCEALoc hidden fastener. Square-edge boards use TOPLoc colour-matched screws. Both are on the shelf here.
What does the 50-year warranty cover?
AZEK carries a 50-year limited fade and stain warranty plus a lifetime limited product warranty for residential use. Composite lines carry 25 or 30 years depending on the series. Keep your receipt.
Can I mix TimberTech boards with another brand of railing?
Physically yes, and people do. Be aware that colour names do not cross brands, so bring both samples to the counter and look at them in the same light.
Do you deliver?
Yes, locally on our own truck. Ask at the counter about the schedule for your town.
