What is covered, and how to keep it that way
Warranty terms come from TimberTech and differ by line.
Warranty
How coverage works
- TimberTech publishes limited warranties by collection, and terms differ between PVC and composite.
- We confirm the warranty for the collection you order and keep a copy of your order at the counter.
- Install to TimberTech’s gapping and fastening instructions.
Care
Keeping it right
- Clean with mild soap, water and a soft brush.
- Use a plastic shovel for snow.
- Keep the gaps between boards clear so water drains.
- Never needs sanding, staining or sealing.
