What Survivor windows do you sell?
Replacement double hungs in the 5200, 5300, 5600 and 7100 series; 7100 sliders and picture windows; 7200 casements and awnings; bays, bows and garden windows; new-construction series 2300, 2400 and 3500; and a vinyl patio door.
What colours are available?
The 7100 series comes in four standard colours: White, Linen, Beige and Earth Brown. Some series are white only, so ask at the counter.
Replacement or new construction?
Replacement windows fit inside an existing frame. New-construction windows have a nailing fin and go into an open wall. If you are not sure, bring a photo of the outside of the window.
How do I measure a replacement window?
Measure the width inside the frame at the top, middle and bottom, and the height at the left, centre and right. Give us the smallest width and the smallest height.
Do you install?
We do not install, but we supply the trade that does and can recommend installers working locally.
