Do the grills come assembled?
Yes. Stocked models leave the store fully assembled. If you would rather take it flat, that is fine too.
Spirit or Genesis?
Spirit is a very good grill for a normal family and a normal deck. Genesis buys heavier construction, better heat retention, more burners and a longer working life. If you grill several times a week for ten years, Genesis is usually the cheaper decision.
Can you get parts for my old Weber?
Very often, yes. Bring the model number from the plate — cooking grates, Flavorizer bars, burner tubes and igniters are stocked for many discontinued models.
Do you fill propane tanks?
Yes, exchange and refill at the yard.
Gas or charcoal?
Gas for weeknights and speed. Charcoal for flavour and for people who enjoy the process. The Kettle is inexpensive enough that plenty of customers own both.
Do you deliver a large grill?
Yes, locally on our own truck. Ask at the counter about the schedule for your town.
What warranty does Weber give?
Coverage varies by series and by component, with the longest terms on Genesis and Summit. Keep the receipt and register the grill.
