What is covered, and how to keep it that way

Warranty terms come from Weber and differ by line. We will pull the right certificate for what you buy.

Warranty

How coverage works

  • Weber publishes limited warranties per component — cook box, lid, burner tubes, grates and Flavorizer bars are often covered for different periods, and the terms vary by line.
  • Registration at purchase makes a later parts claim much easier. We can register the serial number for you at the counter.
  • Keep the model and serial from the plate; parts are matched to it.
Care

Keeping it right

  • Burn off and brush the grates after each cook while the grill is still warm.
  • Empty the grease tray and catch pan regularly — this is the single most common cause of flare-ups.
  • Cover the grill once it is cool, not while warm.
  • Check burner tube ports annually and clear them with the manufacturer tool.
