Choosing a front door.
Fibreglass doors resist dents, do not rust, and can be stained to look like wood or painted. They suit front entries where appearance and weather exposure both matter.
Steel doors cost less and are strong and secure. They are a sound choice for rear, utility and garage-to-house entries.
Either way, the door performs as a system. Frame, sill and weatherstripping matter as much as the slab, which is why we price the complete unit.
Before you ask.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. It covers the whole unit rather than the slab alone, and there is no obligation to buy.
What do I need to get a price?
The rough opening size if you have it. If not, photos of the current door inside and out are enough to start.
Do you install?
We refer you to local crews who fit these doors, or sell supply-only if you have your own installer.
How long does a door take?
Most fibreglass doors are made to order. Lead times change, so we confirm yours before you order.
Can I see doors before I buy?
Yes. Assembled units are on the showroom floor at 17 Sweetmans Lane, Monday to Saturday 8–7. Choose “A showroom visit” on the form to book a time.
