What is covered, and how to keep it that way
Warranty terms come from Atrium and differ by line.
Warranty
How coverage works
- Atrium publishes limited warranties that differ by series.
- We will pull the right certificate for the series you buy.
- Keep your order paperwork; we hold a copy at the counter.
Care
Keeping it right
- Clean vinyl frames with mild soap and water; avoid solvents.
- Keep sill tracks and weep holes clear so water drains.
- Check the exterior caulk line each spring.
- Tilt the sashes in for cleaning rather than reaching outside.
